Description
The OHLE3123 is a super-wafer-level-packaged (SWLP) long-wave infrared sensor (384×288, 12μm) based on vanadium oxide (VOx) microbolometer. Its innovative window design overcomes integration environment limitations. Compatible with SMT mounting technology, it enables rapid mass production.


It features with an ultra-compact size, an ultra-lightweight design, high-qualiy imaging and ease of integration. OHLE3123 applies to multiple scenarios, e.g. outdoor night vision, industrial temperature measurement, security monitoring etc.
